Welcome to the Culture, Education, Sport and Ethics Program (CESEP)™!

The Culture, Education, Sport and Ethics Program (CESEP)TM is an international educational outreach initiative to engage teachers and students from different countries and cultures in the dialogue of healthy sport. The Foundation for Global Sports Development in conjunction with the World Anti-Doping Agency, the United Nations and various other international non-profit agencies are continuing to develop and broaden this program.

CESEPTM is a program designed to get teachers, counselors and students (ages 6-18) from across the globe to exchange ideas about the culture of sport, competing clean and on a level playing field. The CESEP initiative asks that teachers open this conversation in the classroom in the hope of collaborating with their students on understanding the meaning of drug free competition.

To date, a dozen international groups (APA, International Association of School Teachers, and other school based institutions) have agreed to participate in the CESEP program. Our goal is to reach teachers, students, and educational participants from over 100 countries. View our book page to see the most recent publication of essays, artwork, and poems. We are currently working on a 2ndedition of the book and will include new and recent submissions in the revised edition.

The journey continues from Beijing to Vancouver! Fifty youth have been selected to attend the Vancouver, BC 2010 Winter Olympics. We continue to accept new submissions of artwork, poems and essays that reflect students' values on the culture of sport and competition on a level and clean playing field. Submissions will be considered for a book that will be published in time for the London 2012 Olympics.
